Stefan Binder has more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and HR management. He began his career in executive search before working on the corporate side as a senior talent partner and HR business partner at international pharmaceutical and industrial companies.
He has been with HR Unlimited AG since 2026, and since 2020 he has also been running his own boutique search firm, providing support to companies in this capacity.
His areas of expertise primarily include AI solutions for HR processes and HR tools, as well as their optimization. He is, of course, also highly skilled in managing HR projects, particularly those related to digital transformation, and is naturally well-suited to serve as a Senior HR Business Partner and in recruitment.
Thanks to his many years of experience in various roles and within international organizations, Stefan has a broad network across Europe, a deep understanding of the market, and a keen sense for people and organizations.
He studied chemistry and biotechnology and earned an MBA while working full-time. Stefan is known as an efficient and empathetic implementer and doer who quickly analyzes situations and delivers solution-oriented results that are practical for everyday use. He has a deep passion for human resources issues, and his commitment is evident every day.
In his personal life, Stefan is married and the father of three adult children. He finds balance in nature, playing tennis, and reading scientific and economic literature.
