Senior Interim Manager

Natasha joined the HR Unlimited team in August 2026. She has more than 17 years of extensive experience in payroll and HR and has continuously pursued professional development, including training as an HR specialist and leadership training through an international network, as well as participation in various WEKA seminars and Treuhand Swiss courses.

Her professional career includes working since 2009 at national and international companies as an HR/payroll specialist, providing technical leadership for the payroll team, and managing the HR/payroll team. During this time, she acquired extensive knowledge and experience and was responsible for customizing SAP and Abacus systems, implementing and transitioning to new processes, ERP systems, and time tracking, as well as for revising employment contracts, reviewing employment references, and overseeing apprentices in the HR field. Her expertise—which extends across borders—covers the areas of HR, reorganization, apprenticeship supervision (commercial apprentices), payroll, labor law, social insurance, expense reporting, and withholding tax; her strong IT skills further set her apart.

Natasha brings a wealth of experience from her nine years of managing numerous clients in the fiduciary sector. With her tremendous flexibility and strong commitment, as well as her analytical and constructive outlook, she takes on responsibility and inspires confidence.

Natasha lives in Schlieren, ZH. In her free time, she spends time with her family and enjoys hiking in the mountains.
