With nearly 30 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, social insurance, SAP HCM, and SAP FI/CO, she brings a level of expertise that is rarely found in the Swiss payroll landscape. Her ongoing professional development—including a CAS in Payroll Expertise (ZHAW), certification as a social insurance specialist with a federal professional certificate, international payroll training programs, and various SAP and payroll seminars—underscores her commitment to precision, professionalism, and sustained excellence.
Her professional career clearly demonstrates that Vittoria has worked in large national and international organizations since the late 1990s—as a payroll specialist, SAP expert, project manager, operational stabilizer, and leader. She was responsible for ensuring legally compliant payroll processing for up to 37,000 employees, managed payroll teams, handled complex multiple-employment scenarios in SAP, harmonized processes, and supported challenging ERP implementations and HRM2 projects.
Her core competencies include the analysis and optimization of complex payroll structures, the implementation and review of control systems, error reduction through systemic process improvements, and operational stabilization during critical resource bottlenecks. Her strong IT skills, deep understanding of interfaces and customization, and ability to identify and mitigate operational risks early on make her a reliable expert in complex system and payroll environments.
Her expertise spans the entire payroll and HR spectrum: labor law, social security, withholding tax, international payroll cases, audits, expense management processes, inbound and outbound payroll processing, SAP standardization, process harmonization, and the professional revision of HR documents. As an operational stabilizer, Vittoria brings a rare combination of analytical thinking, high resilience, diplomatic assertiveness, and precise, legally sound communication.
Vittoria lives in Horgen, Canton of Zurich. In her free time, she served as president of the Horgen High School Parents’ Council and as former president of the City of Zurich Employees’ Association. She also spends a lot of time with her family and pursuing her passion as a fitness instructor—both as a certified Original Tae Bo instructor and as a Zumba instructor.
