None. All insurance is handled by HR Unlimited AG. Based on the hourly or daily rate, the client can calculate exactly how much the assignment will cost. If, contrary to expectations, an interim manager is unable to perform, HR Unlimited AG will provide an equivalent replacement. An interim manager does not take away jobs or seek to replace employees.
How long is the notice period for an interim assignment?
Typically, one month. In reality, however, once an assignment ends, we withdraw our interim managers regardless of the notice period that was agreed upon.
How quickly can HR Unlimited AG offer and start an interim assignment?
Availability determines when the interim assignment begins; HR Unlimited AG can typically start within a few days. Quotes are usually provided within minutes.
Where does HR Unlimited AG carry out interim assignments?
