Doris Liechti has been working for HR Unlimited since February 1, 2025. She completed a commercial apprenticeship and then soon entered the world of HR. During her career, she has worked as an HR manager, personnel manager, divisional HR manager and HR business partner in various industries. She has also had the opportunity to lead and build teams. Doris expanded her HR knowledge through further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, in coaching and most recently she successfully completed a CAS in Organizational Development & Change Leadership.
Doris is a committed HR expert with extensive experience in national and international companies of various sizes and always pursues targeted and pragmatic solutions. She is described as an upbeat and balanced personality who remains the calming influence even in hectic situations.
Doris prefers to spend her free time actively outdoors in nature. Be it biking, jogging, hiking or skiing in winter. She also loves cooking and is always trying out new recipes for friends and family.
