Marcel joined HR Unlimited in February 2019 and became Partner in April 2021. He lives with his partner in the Limmattal near Zurich and brings two almost adult daughters from his first marriage. He is an avid mountain biker, skier and strength athlete. Culturally and culinarily, he has a passion for Italy, and he is a great lover of cigars. His first professional years were spent in marketing, sales and product management before he was drawn to the HR environment in 1998. After initial years in healthcare, he moved on to entertainment/casino, then food/non-food catering wholesaling, before spending the last few years before HRU in the restaurant/hotel industry. His further education in HR: eidg. Dip. Personalfachmann, Dipl. HR Leiter NDS HF, certified coach and mentor.
Marcel is an implementation-oriented, outgoing HR professional with heart and soul, very hands-on, with extensive experience in the SME environment at management and GL level. Besides his native language German, he communicates in English, French and Italian.
