Myriam joined the HR Unlimited team in June 2025 and has more than 20 years of experience in all operational and strategic HR tasks. She started out as a traditional HR assistant and then worked as an HR Business Partner for many years. Most recently, she led teams of various sizes as HR Manager. Myriam was also partly responsible for payroll. Myriam knows the healthcare sector very well from her many years working in two different clinics. She has also worked in trading companies (national and international), as well as in an association and a service company.
Myriam has successfully implemented exciting projects in areas such as personnel development and digitalization, as well as supporting change management processes. She has also gained experience in the organization of very large events and conferences. She has completed her professional backpack with the HR specialist certificate and a diploma as a federally certified HR manager. Myriam is highly valued for her analytical skills, her excellent communication skills and her pragmatic approach. She grasps situations and needs very quickly, tackles challenges prudently and works extremely quickly. Another plus point is Myriam’s multilingualism: she grew up bilingual (German/French) and speaks very good English.
Myriam lives with her husband and daughter in rural Arni AG between Zurich and Zug. She loves to be active in sports, whether it’s dressage with her horse, cycling or jogging.
