Natalia joined HR Unlimited in June 2024. Prior to her time as Senior Interim Manager, she worked in various HR management roles, as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Consultant and Payroll Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in various areas. She has mostly worked in the industrial sector, often in international companies. However, she also has a lot of experience in SMEs.
Natalia originally completed an apprenticeship as a dental assistant and then trained as a medical secretary. As she loves working with people, she soon realized that she wanted to continue her training in the field of human resources. She now has a considerable number of diplomas to her name (including a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management, Certificate of Advanced Studies in Strategic Talent Acquisition, Certificate of Advanced Studies in HR and Business Partnering, Dipl. Human Resource Manager NDS HF) – HR is her passion.
Natalia’s working style is solutionoriented, focused, committed and proactive. With her empathetic and cheerful manner, she quickly integrates into a new team. She grew up bilingual (German and Spanish) and also speaks very good English.
When Natalia misses her old homeland of Colombia, she goes salsa dancing and can thus live out her Latin American power. She lives with her two children in the canton of Aargau and loves reading and traveling.
