Andy has been married for many years and is the father of two grown daughters. He enjoys being in nature, jogging regularly and is devoted to finding interesting wines. In the summer you can find him driving a convertible. He keeps body and mind together with Tai-Chi.
He started his professional career at the Zürcher Kantonalbank as an investment advisor. Many advanced trainings, e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration, MAS HRM, Mediation in Business) contributed a lot to keep his finger on the pulse. Through various positions as project manager in IT, for large change projects and various management functions, he reached the Human Resource Department, where he worked as HR Business Partner, as Head HR of international business units and finally as Head HR in Switzerland and globally.
