Martin has more than 20 years of experience in project planning and implementation of HR applications. After completing a second degree in business administration and computer science at the University of Zurich, Martin joined Pension Fund Services, where he continued to run its HR Shared Service Center with the concert-wide SAP HCM solution after the grounding of Swissair and successfully opened it up to third-party customers.
The increasing possibilities of digitizing HR processes bring considerable potential benefits to all companies, regardless of their size. Martin supports all industries in the needs assessment, requirements definition, tendering and project management of HR digitization projects. Thanks to his many years of experience and social skills, he also leads projects to a successful conclusion in challenging environments. In his spare time, Martin travels Europe with his wife in a vintage VW van. Every week he sings enthusiastically in a large concert choir and as a member of the school board he is involved in community life.
