Benjamin Roth has been working for HR Unlimited as a Senior Interim Manager since 2024. He started his career in taxation and moved into HR via the IT sector (software development and ICT services). In the roles of HR Business Partner and HR Manager, he gained a wide range of experience in strategic and operational HR management, such as: Recruiting, change management, introduction of HR software and various HR projects
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Process Management, a CAS in Business Transformation Management and leadership training.
Benjamin is perceived as a pragmatic doer who approaches challenges in a solution-oriented manner and with a great deal of passion. He is characterized by his empathetic nature as well as his high sense of responsibility and clear communication style.
In his private life, Benjamin enjoys being out in nature, hiking in summer or skiing in winter. His great passion is boating, whether on the lake or the sea. As an ocean skipper, he has been sailing for many years, constantly exploring new waters in Europe.
