Gramoz has been part of the HR Unlimited team since 2023 and lives with his spouse and young daughter in tranquil Bassersdorf. He originally completed a basic commercial apprenticeship, but discovered his passion for payrolling in 2016. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in the field of payroll and has continuously completed further training, including qualifications as a social insurance specialist and leadership qualifications. And when he is not working, he is passionate about playing football, spending time with his small family and enjoying relaxing vacations at the beach.

Gramoz’s professional background shows that he has worked in national and international companies as a payroll specialist or head of payroll since 2016. During this time, he has managed digitalization projects and implemented new processes and systems. His expertise spans across payroll, social security, labor law and international assignments, and his strong IT affinity further sets him apart.

Gramoz brings a remarkable attention to detail, analytical skills and zeal to his work. He is a dedicated and determined professional who has steadily developed his skills over his long career in payroll.
