Gramoz has been part of the HR Unlimited AG team since 2023 and has been a partner since 2025. He lives with his family in the tranquil town of Bassersdorf. He originally completed basic business training, but in 2016 he discovered his passion for payroll. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in payroll while continuously pursuing further education, including certifications as a social security specialist and leadership qualifications. When he’s not working, he’s an avid soccer player, spends a lot of time with his family, and loves to relax on the beach during his vacations.

During this time, he has led digitization projects and implemented new processes and systems. His expertise spans the areas of payroll, social security, labor law, and international assignments, and his strong affinity for IT further sets him apart.
