Guido has been part of the HR Unlimited team since 2023. He has been married since 1989 and is the father of an adult daughter. He completed a basic mechanical education and then later continued his education with various further education courses (various federal diplomas, Master in Human Resources of the FHNW) as well as various postgraduate diplomas. In his free time, he rides his Harley, is a passionate skier and has traveled to all 50 US states.
Since 2003 he has been working in HR as Head of HR Services or Head of Payroll in national and international companies / corporations.
Guido is dedicated, straightforward, open and goal-oriented in his work. He has restructured and built up entrusted departments in various companies / groups. He distinguishes himself with his very large knowledge in payroll, social security, labor law as well as international assignments (Inpat / Expat). Guido takes responsibility, decides in the sense of the respective company in a timely manner.
