Kadir joined the HR Unlimited AG team in March 2024. Kadir is a sociable person and enjoys spending his free time with friends and family. His heart beats for engines – in summer he likes to ride his Harley or convertible. This is how he clears his head, gets new ideas and recharges his batteries.

After completing his apprenticeship and working in sales, he has spent the last 10 years training as an HR assistant and HR specialist, gaining invaluable experience in HR operational tasks. Through his various assignments, he has become familiar with all aspects of Human Resources. Most recently, he passed the demanding specialist examinations for HR Specialist FA and SVEB Certificate Module 1 (practical trainer and course instructor) with flying colors. Kadir has experience in various industries (retail, live marketing & promotion, healthcare, facilities, trading companies as well as trust and auditing companies). With his skills in consulting, recruitment and administration, he has a high IT affinity for HR tools. He is a self-starter who finds his way around a new environment independently and quickly becomes productive. With his service and solution-oriented, pragmatic, relaxed and reliable manner, he actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
