Stevens has been a member of the HR Unlimited team since 2024. In his leasure time, he is an enthusiastic scuba diver and loves finding new diving spots together with his husband. Curious to learn from different cultures and mindsets, he often travels around the globe in a quest to uncover the world’s hidden treasures.
At a major Swiss bank, Stevens started his career by advising local corporate clients and international private clients from the Middle East. After his initial years in the finance sector, he transitioned into talent acquisition, marking the start of his HR career. Specialed in finding experts for banks, insurance companies, and asset managers, Stevens dedicated himself to bringing together great talents with exciting companies. Following this enriching experience, he decided to join a large international event management group as Head of Talent Acquisition. With great passion, Stevens engaged in various fields such as HR marketing, employer branding, and project management, aiming to find the best talents in the market. He achieved numerous successes both strategically and operationally.

Stevens has worked with local and international teams and knows how to navigate across different cultures and time zones. With a Franco-Swiss background, Stevens speaks German, French, and English fluently. His passion for people and his endless curiosity are the driving forces behind his motivation. Sustainability and corporate culture are two major priorities for him, aiming to create a positive and long-term impact for your company.
