Tanja has been with HR Unlimited AG since August 2013. In January 2014, she also founded Executive Unlimited GmbH, a sister company specialising in executive search. Prior to her career as an interim manager, she held various HR leadership and specialist roles – most recently as HR Director at an internationally leading provider of catering solutions for airlines at Zurich Airport. Her career has been shaped predominantly by the industrial sector, where she built her HR expertise from the ground up.
On a personal note, she is married to Andy and enjoys spending her free time doing sport, exploring nature, and especially being in the mountains. She also loves joining Andy on his motorbike and has a great fondness for animals.
Tanja completed a commercial apprenticeship and set her sights on a career in HR from an early age. She took on interesting HR roles while still young and gained her first leadership experience early on. Continuous professional development has always been a high priority for Tanja. Over the years she has earned several qualifications, including the Swiss federal certificates as HR Specialist, Executive Assistant, Trainer SVEB, and Social Insurance Specialist, as well as a Master of Advanced Studies in HRM.
With great passion, she has been lecturing at various adult education institutions in the areas of HRM and Leadership for over 23 years. She also facilitates seminars on retirement preparation. Tanja’s clients describe her working style as pragmatic, trustworthy, solution-oriented, and empathetic – always focused and with a healthy dose of humour. She also has an excellent command of Business English and communicates well in French.
